Jimmy Stewart's Hat from "BROKEN ARROW" (Fox 1950) Given away as First Prize in a 'PICTURE SHOW' Magazine contest in England with all paperwork from the winner's estate. This includes both issues announcing the Contest and the Winner and a press photo with blurb on reverse showing the winner wearing the hat in 1950. The Hat bears a 20th Century Fox inventory number, Stewart's name and the maker's stamp which is Brooks-California. With the exception of this film, Stewart wore the same hat in all his Westerns from "Winchester73" in 1950 to "Two Rode Together" in 1961. That hat now resides in The Stewart Museum nn Indiana, Pa.
