Considered the first comic great, this rotund actor of Vitagraph Studios, died at the very height of his popularity in 1915. Never before seen figure of him in chalk or light plaster. There is also a very well known doll of him, made by Louis Amberg and Son, who also produced a Chaplin, made in 1914. |
