John Barrymore Plaque

A black plaster, bas relief image of the Great Barrymore. Made in Los Angleles by a jeweler, it most likely dates from the time of his death in 1942. Signed in the plaster is also has the jewelers card pasted to the back of it. The Great Profile was fond of having himself photographed from the left, his 'best' side, thus making images of his right side rather rare, but not unheard of.
